How To’s For The Itty Bitty Titty Committee

ITTY-01

Whether they’re big or small, every girl has her struggles with her puppies. Fortunately for members of the IBTC, we’re here to help you find the solutions.

Lucky for us smaller girls, we don’t really have to deal with the issue of running, excessive cleavage or ample support. However, we do still suffer from nippleitis, being unable to fit into certain dresses or tops, and finding a bra that actually fits. Let’s face it, while it may be hard for you to find a bra that fits you with big boobs, Victoria’s Secret, Target, T.J Maxx and literally every other place almost NEVER have size 32A bras and very rarely do they have 34A. Life sucks. But yet again, us members of the IBTC struck out with the fact that we can get away with not wearing a bra; here’s how.

Breast Petals

We know you saw this one coming. Breast petals and covers are a small-chested girl’s best friend. We don’t need to be concerned about nippleitis or any extra covers all while not having to wear a bra. I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand strapless bras or bandos. They either hug too tight or they don’t fit right, and sometimes the padding itself looks like nippleitis. Besides, who needs em when you can just cover one little area and throw on a tee?

Band-Aids

Band-aids? Is she forgetting what the article is about here? Nope! No I am not. I discovered this little trick my freshman year of high school and boy am I glad…it’s saved my life many a time when I was a young, naïve girl, ignorant of the breast petal. Plus they’re easier to access in case of an emergency, and you can find them pretty much anywhere. All you gotta do is tape those suckers down. I find that it’s a lot easier to do when you have nippleitis because you can see exactly where you need to tape down, but it works either way. Sometimes I even put one horizontal and one vertical (on one breast, not just playing with a pattern here) to provide more support. Super strange and sometimes leaves a weird mark that eventually goes away, but it works like a charm.

Fashion Tape

Girls—we all know how difficult it is to wear a top that shows side-boob or to wear a deep v dress or top. SO. HARD. Nip-slips are every girls nightmare, so fashion tape is a definite must. When wearing an article of clothing that’s a bit more exposing than usual, make sure you have some fashion tape to put in the inside so that when you bend down or are dancing or it’s windy, you have that protection from the possibility of a nip-slip and definite paranoia.

Adhesive Push-Up Bra

Push-ups are vital for the IBTC when we want to go for a bustier look or wear something with a bustier fit. Every small-chested girl has come across a super cute top perfect in all ways but the chest area and it is the absolute WORST. Sometimes we don’t have the option to show straps though, so the adhesive push-up is a glorious gift sent from above. All you have to do is stick it on and push your girls together. You just gotta play with it to get the fit you want. Highly recommended for halter tops, strapless dresses, etc.

U-Plunge Backless Push-Up Bra OR Le Lusion Adhesive Plunge Cups

These. Are. Amazing. The idea of a deep v dress or top is scary for members of the IBTC because aside from the fear of nip-slips is the fear of looking like a 12-year old boy in a dress. Yet we can’t wear push-up bras with them because the v is too deep to conceal it. So? What do we do? Either of these options work, depending on how deep the v is on your article of clothing. For deeper v’s, go with the plunge cups as they sort of push up from the sides and are two individual cups rather than one whole unit. This makes it easier for you to adjust accordingly and you don’t have to worry about any part of it sticking out of the dress.

Layers

Last but not least, we have one of the most simple solutions. Unfortunately, this tactic is typically on useful during the winters. Luckily, that’s when nippleitis strikes most anyway. So pile on those long sleeves a sweaters and I promise no one will ever know.

There you have it ladies, how to get away with not wearing a bra in public, showing off side boob and not entire boob, and how to get people not to stare at the two sharp spots on your chest. Praise Charles L Langs, live without fear of judgment and love your girls no matter what size they are.
